How do I upload my out-of-state teaching certificate to my ELIS account?

To upload your out-of-state teaching certificate to your ELIS account, first log into your ELIS account, then choose the "Images" tab from the menu on the left side of your screen. 

Then, click the "Add Image" icon at the bottom of the page. Next, you will select “Out of State Certificate” in the Document drop-down field. You can choose the state from which the out-of-state license/certificate is from, but this is not required. Finally, choose the image you are uploading to your ELIS account by clicking "Choose File" and selecting the applicable document. Please note the file must be in a PDF format. Once you click "Save", you will see the image in the table on the screen.
