Deficiency letter states I need coursework but I have already completed the required coursework. Can ISBE take another look at the transcripts on file?

If you received a deficiency letter stating you are deficient coursework but you think the transcripts on file meet the coursework requirement, then you can request ISBE review your transcripts again.

To request The Illinois State Board of Education take another look at your account, complete the ISBE 80-07 form for Re-Evaluation. You may submit up to three course descriptions with the ISBE 80-07 form.

Please follow the instructions on the form. Skip section I - Pre-approval of Coursework. You may submit the completed form and official course descriptions to licensure@kaneroe.org for faster processing.
